Investigation & Reconstruction

Experienced investigators

• Our inspection team completes a detailed inspection of the vehicle or vehicles involved to determine possible equipment failure, patterns of damage, light bulb examination, directions of travel, including 3D scanning, utilizing the latest technology from Recon-3D, FARO® Zone and Cloud Compare, resulting in accurate measurements and crush analysis

• Photograph all points of interest, positional information, and all aspects of the damaged vehicle or vehicles involved

• Complete all laser measurements of the accident site for future detailed site drawings and computerized drawings, with all landmarks included

• Take samples of evidence for future analysis

• Interview the parties involved in the accident, witnesses to the accident, and local law enforcement that investigated the accident

• Report all findings in written form to all concerned parties

• Construct exhibits from all site data

• Analyze all photographs, drawings, videos, reports and statements for accuracy

• Give expert testimony as required with explanations as to their findings

• Prepare a 3-dimensional computerized simulation that is dependent on exact data that is taken from the accident site

• Data can be lost, so a quick response to capture data before that happens, for example: EDR Imaging is just one of the ways to do this

• EDR Imaging from cars and trucks can be accessed and downloaded either electronically or bench downloaded from box directly by our trained professionals

FARO® Zone Animation

• FARO® Zone Animation enables us to create a 3-dimensional model, based on the laws of physics, studying the interaction of human response, vehicle reaction, and the effect of the environment on the accident.

• Studying their interaction using FARO® Zone Animation provides accurate simulation and not just animation of the occurrence, and everything is done to scale
